Return & Exchange Process

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  6. Refund or Exchange: Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
