Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing times may slightly extend, but we strive to keep delays to a minimum.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Regions
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check our website for specific exclusions.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the details below:
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Unused and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Grooming Supplies
- Hair Care & Stain Removal Products
- Fly Repellents
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Refund or Exchange: Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
